OUR TEAM

Jennifer

Jennifer is our President of the company.  She’s been involved with Realty Works since 2004.  She received a BS in Business Administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University and a MBA from Rockhurst University.  She has four children and one granddaughter.  She enjoys

 golfing, traveling, watching her younger son’s sporting events and spending time with family. 

Jordan

Jordan D is our bookkeeper.  She handles rent payment plans, bills, works with vendors and much more! She graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where she got her BAS in History. She loves to read, play video games, go hiking or cook in her spare time.

Dawn

Dawn is our maintenance manager.  She handles all the maintenance requests from getting them entered to finding a vendor if necessary and to making sure they are completed.  She graduated with an Associates degree in Business Administration. She likes to read true crime books, watch the First 48 Hours, and be with her friends and family.

Mikayla

Mikayla is our property manager.  She handles all of the leases, tenant complaints and more.  She got married last year and has welcomed her 2nd baby boy. In her free time she enjoys being with her family, being outdoors and playing video games.

Dylan

Dylan is our assistant property manager.  At the office Dylan helps with answering questions for tenants, working on leases, taking photos and more. He is originally from Wisconsin, yes he is a Packers and Badgers fan. He played semi pro football for 4 years and

 worked as a nutritional coach for 3 before joining us. He has a daughter who is three and a dog named Odie. 

Jordan

Jordan M is our leasing specialist. He is the one you will meet for showings and helps process your applications. He is currently attending Wesleyan University working toward his Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Organizational Leadership. In his free time

 he enjoys hanging out at home with his dog Shimae and traveling when able.

Katherine

Katherine is our administrative assistant.  She is the first person you will see when coming into the office. She answers the phone, creates social media posts, and helps update our website with our listings. She has a BS in Education and is studying to get her Medical

 Billing and Coding degree currently. Katherine enjoys reading, cooking, playing piano, and video games in her free time. 

Maintenance

Let’s not forget our wonderful maintenance techs, Chris, Chris, Robb and Jonathan, without them and their help we would be lost.
