Jennifer

Jennifer is our President and has been involved with Realty Works since 2004. She holds a BS in Business Administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University and an MBA from Rockhurst University. Jennifer is a proud mom and grandmother, now with two granddaughters and one grandson. She enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Jordan

Jordan is our bookkeeper and helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She manages rent payment plans, handles billing, and works closely with vendors to keep things on track. Jordan graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a degree in History. She recently got married and enjoys spending time with her Chihuahua mix, Shimae. In her free time, she also likes reading, hiking, playing video games, and cooking.

Mikayla

Mikayla is our property manager and oversees leases, tenant relations, and day-to-day operations. She is a wife and mom of two boys and brings a strong sense of care and organization to everything she does. In her free time, she enjoys baking and cooking, is working toward starting her own keto baking business, and stays active with a healthy lifestyle.

Dylan

Dylan is our Assistant Property Manager. At the office, he helps answer tenant questions, works on leases, and takes photos, among other responsibilities. Originally from Wisconsin, he’s a proud Packers and Badgers fan. He worked as a nutritional coach for three years before joining our team. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and spending time with his family.

Cameron

Cameron is our leasing agent and helps support our marketing efforts. He assists with property showings, listing updates, and keeping our online presence up to date. He holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and enjoys helping connect people with the right place to call home. In his free time, he enjoys photography and fitness.

Maintenance

Let’s not forget our wonderful maintenance techs, Robb and Chris. Without them and their help, we would be lost.
